The University of Idaho 4-H Youth Development program focuses on four essential elements of development: Belonging, Mastery, Independence, and Generosity. These essential elements are achieved at a community level by providing a variety of experiential learning experiences, which may include 4-H Afterschool programs, 4-H projects, day and week-long camps, activities and community fairs. UI 4-H Youth Development Internships meet a need within the community, are integrated into the student's academic studies, and are supported by campus and field faculty. |
