         The Strong ~ Women Program

Benefits of Strong Women Stay Young Series:

  • Maintain strength, flexibility and balance for daily life to reverse age related changes.
  • Resistance training to build bone density muscle mass and improve joint health.
  • Learn appropriate exercises, proper technique and adequate intensity for your physical condition/health.
  • Progression at your pace, without pain, and with other older women.
  • No requirement for special clothing, or for the purchase of weight equipment.

Bannock County Extension will be having a 6 week course called: Strong Women ~ Stay Young. Classes will start        January 5, 2010~February 9, 2010 from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. every Tuesday and Thursday.  An informational meeting will be held December 15, 2009 from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Pre-enrollment is necessary due to limited space, please contact Teri Johnson at 208-236-7311 and reserve your spot today..
