Family & Consumer Sciences (FCS)

Extension Family and Consumer Science professionals educate citizens about ways to improve the quality of life for adults, youth, individuals, and families. The emphasis is on researched-based information in the areas of healthy lifestyles, nutrition and food safety, and financial management.

Whether it's managing diabetes and osteoporosis through meal planning and exercise, managing money, making decisions about health care and insurance, Extension has information that can help.
