PRESERVE @ HOME
Are you interested in canning and food preservation?
Anyone with an interest in food preservation and food safety can
enroll in Preserve @ Home offered by University of
Idaho Extension in Boundary County. Preserve @ Home teaches individuals how to
safely preserve a variety of food products. Participants
learn how to produce high quality preserved foods and the
science behind food preservation and food safety.
Individuals with little or no previous food preservation
experience are welcome. Students progress through six lessons
a at a time convenient to them using with the exception of a
scheduled 'real-time chat.
The next course will be offered in June
2009!
Course is also available at other times
and for groups upon request.
Course Cost $35.00
