Camp Application:
Multi county 4-H summer camp for youth ages 8-18. Camp is held
each year in July.
CL2N Teen
Leader Application:
14 and older and interested in being a
teen leader at 4-H camp! Applications due June 1, 2009. Contact
the UI Extension Office for more information.
Know you Government: Do
you want to learn how Idaho’s government works? Visit the
capital of Idaho? Meet legislators, the governor, and Supreme
Court justices? Spend a weekend away from home in the company of
4-H members from across the state? Then this conference is for
you. KYG takes place annually over President's Day weekend.

Natural Resource Education
Upper Clearwater Farm and Forest
Fair -The
Farm & Forest Fair is a hands-on educational experience for area
fifth graders.
The
University
of Idaho
cooperates with area agriculture and natural resource groups and
agencies to present a 1-˝ hour guided tour of ten learning
stations. Click

6th Grade Forestry Tour :
This
three-day, two night educational program is held annually in
July. this program designed for 6th graders focuses on
natural resources issues and natural resources uses. This
program is also open for adults and is approved for 2 UI teacher
certification credits (AgEd 503).

O.M. Plummer Memorial Scholarship:
Each year the Oregon
Community Foundation offers a scholarship to an
Idaho 4-H member who has participated in
livestock showing or judging beyond the county
level. Applications are due postmarked by

4-H Scholarship:

The Idaho Friends
of 4-H Board is offering eight $1000
scholarships in 2009 to assist Idaho 4-H
members with post-high school education

Johannesen Leadership Scholarship:
A
$1000 college scholarship is
available to graduating Idaho 4-H
members who have been in 4-H at
least 4 years and are currently
enrolled. Overall leadership and 4-H
achievement shall be the primary
consideration. Applications are due

Roy and Mamie
Jones Memorial Scholarship:
A $1000
college scholarship is available to
graduating 4-H members from District I
(Benewah, Bonner, Boundary, Clearwater,
Idaho, Kootenai/Shoshone, Latah, Lewis,
and Nez Perce Counties), who have been
in 4-H at least 5 years. Applications
are due postmarked by April 15, 2010.

Ruth Shane Memorial Scholarship:
A $1000 scholarship is available to any
Idaho graduating high school senior, who
has been in 4-H at least 4 years and is
currently enrolled.
