This wellness curriculum designed for busy adults allows instructors to teach a range of skills for balanced living. Your clientele will gain knowledge and skills for managing time and stress, eating mindfully, getting enough exercise, and sleeping well.
The CD comes with what you need to advertise, teach, and evaluate five 1-hour units: flyer and email announcement, PowerPoint slideshow with narration for each unit, participant handouts and worksheets to photocopy, participant evaluation for each unit and for the series.
Units can be taught as stand-alone classes or as a series:
