Plant Clinic Schedule -
Wednesdays, 9:00 am - 12:00 pm, has been set to address your plant and pest questions. If possible,
please provide samples or a photo with your questions. You may leave
these at the Extension Office Monday through Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00
pm. You will be contacted shortly thereafter with recommendations for
prevention and/or treatment. |

Junior Gardener Program |

Find out more about the Marsing Community Garden and the other
projects created through cooperative efforts with 4-H After School
Programs and county school districts.

Master Gardener |

|
Owyhee County does not offer a Master Gardener program at this time;
however, several of our county residents have received their
certification through the program offered at the Canyon County
Extension Office in Caldwell. |

Owyhee Gardeners Club |
|
|
|
Founded in 2006, the Owyhee Gardeners meet on the second Thursday of each month at
1:00 p.m. unless otherwise noted. Meetings are held at the
University of Idaho, Owyhee County Extension Office, 238 Eighth
Avenue West, in Marsing. The club is a “hands on” club. At each
meeting they have either an informative speaker or go on a garden
tour. The membership is open, and new members are welcome! Contact
