This 12 week program is a fun, hands-on way to make positive changes to help you eat better, move more, and improve your general health.

Fall Harvest Food Preservation Classes

These classes will be offered in the summer and early fall at various locations.

Artisan Bread Class

Learn abut whole grains in the hands-on class. This class also covers the importance of adding more whole grains to your diet and how to accomplish that. You will also learn about and make different whole grain breads. The next class will be offered May 17, 2012.
