We have Master Gardeners who specialize in anything from cold-climate gardening to composting.
Their expertise can help you grow a productive and beautiful garden.
The Master Gardener program is strong
in Valley County, with a class every odd year and an
advanced class on the even years. Contact the Extension
Office for more information. We also offer Garden
School workshops that are 4-8 hours mini-classes.
Other services:
* The Master Gardeners volunteer to do community gardening projects, and provide
information and education classes for all ages. 2003 will
be the first year for the Jr. Master Gardener Program for ages 8
and older.
* The Extension Office has a library with video tapes, pamphlets and books on
gardening that can be checked out. Come in and see us!
