The purpose of the National 4-H Congress is to recognize and promote excellence in the 4-H Youth Development Education program. Congress will include workshops, cultural events, community service projects, and sightseeing. It will be held in Atlanta, Georgia November 28-December 2, 2008.

Ten to fifteen Idaho 4-H members will be selected to attend. All trips will be sponsored by state and local donors. State will secure funding for expenses at Congress - registration and lodging.
